All the dairy products produced by Chirico farm derive exclusively from milk of their own herds. The transformation is based on a natural cycle of processing of raw milk, made exception for cacio ricotta di capra (goat cheese) which, according to the tradition, must be boiled.
The phases of the entire process take place within the dairy farm, in accordance with the latest safety laws and the highest hygiene standards.
The Chirico farm holding also include a space dedicated to the sale and exhibition of dairy products and other typical local food. There is also an outdoor area for organizing receptions or for enjoying exquisite ice cream.
